After a year of looking and waiting, I finally got a new camera! I am now a proud owner of a Nikon D60 and am totally loving it! With 4 kids (girls) I've just really wanted to invest in a nice camera for all the important events that will be coming in their lives. Now I just need to learn how to use it (right now the auto setting seems to work for just about anything). Reading the instruction book that came with it is almost like reading a different language. Thanks to Lars who was nice enough to scour the internet to find the best deal out there! Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Ohhh Aubony Stacy will be sooo envious. She bought this camera in October and then took it back with out it ever being taken out of the box. It was called buyers remorse since she had to borrow $ for it and just couldn't sleep at night. HAHA Enjoy it, I know you will love it!!!

I want one, too. But I will probably just go with another cheapo. It will be up to you and Chels to get the good pics.
Aww, what a lucky duck! I always rely on Laren to decipher the ins and outs of all the electronics for me.
